Sophia Guajardo Aroca is a Civil Engineer in Energy and Environment from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering Sciences with the same specialization. She has experience in applied research, participating in teams focused on solar energy and photovoltaic technologies, including experimental setup development and module characterization methodologies.

She currently works as a Support Engineer at NILUS and has been involved in sustainability and environmental management projects, including initiatives with the Municipality of Peñalolén. Her background combines research, technological application, and a focus on sustainable energy solutions.
