YUZZ: mobile storage from electric vehicle batteries
Retired electric vehicle batteries turned into mobile storage systems, offered as a service (Battery-as-a-Service) for construction sites, events and industry.
Objective
PurposeThe project takes a mobile BESS solution based on electric vehicle batteries with remaining useful life to pilot scale (TRL 7). It includes building two new units, industrialising them and validating the business model with real customers, as an alternative to diesel generators.
