Danilo Jara
“Danilo Jara is Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Notre Dame, United States. In addition, he is a Chemist and has a degree in Chemistry from the University of Santiago de Chile.
Danilo Jara’s research area focuses on the synthesis and characterization of materials for applications in green hydrogen generation, CO2 reduction and environmental remediation.
In his academic career, he has served as a professor at various universities, such as the University of Notre Dame, Universidad Andrés Bello and Universidad Santo Tomás. In addition, he did a research internship at the Università degli Studi di Milano, Italy.
In turn, he has obtained various awards, scholarships and award of research projects such as: Chile Doctorate Scholarships, Bayer predoctoral research fellowship, FONDECYT postdoctoral, FONDECYT Initiation, among others.”
